4G in Action

 4G is now used in several products mobile phone company, such as Samsung, the iPhone 4G, HTC with her HTC EVO 4G ​​and some gadgets such as Qualcomm modem outputs with supported the 4G technology.
Before 4G, High-Speed ​​Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) which sometimes referred as 3.5G technology has been developed by WCDMA. "3G and beyond" is the official name of the 4G technology, according to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). HSDPA is a mobile protocol that can provide greater data capacity (up to 14.4 Mbit / sec-way down).

In Indonesia, the 3G technology itself has not been so long in launching, circa 2006. This technology allows us to use mobile phones to each other while communicating face to face,next 3G technology develop into  3.5G which use HSDPA (High Speed ​​Downlink Packet Access) and expand again into 3.75G by HSUPA technology (High Speed ​​Uplink Packet Access). After that, we met  4G wireless technology (4 Generation Technology), what are the advantages? Acctualy, in wireless network access speeds that can reach 54 Mbps, compared with HSDPA which is only capable of a maximum of 14.4 Mbps.

4G need facilities supported by the WiMAX , with WiMAX 4G networks will be more far-reaching because a node (point) WiMax can reach up to 50 Km radius, so you can get online with a laptop or HP using WiFi facilities anywhere and more great again Wimax technology allows the device (HP and Laptop) brought in a state of moving at 150-200 km / hour while performing data transfers at speeds of 54 Mbps.
